- Marbled beef - 500 Grams
- Sweet red onion - 2 pieces
- Fresh tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Pickled or pickled cucumber - 1-2 Pieces

- Bacon - 75 Grams

How to make Marbled Beef Burgers
It is better to take fatter beef for minced meat. Wash the meat, cut it into small pieces. And we pass through a meat grinder with large holes along with a peeled onion. Add salt, pepper, mix and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Fry the strips of bacon until crisp and spread on a paper towel, let it absorb excess fat. Shape burgers using the culinary ring. They should not be thicker than 2 cm. And we give the burgers a slightly concave shape, when frying it will straighten. Grease the burgers with butter and fry in a pan or grill.
