How to make "Dandelion and Apple Jam"
Rinse and cut the apples, removing the core and peel first (you may not need to remove it). Transfer the apples to a deep saucepan, add the lemon zest. Add half of the washed dandelion petals. Pour in 1.5 liters of cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth and then return to the saucepan. Add sugar (500 grams per 600 ml of juice). Cook until boiling, then 20 minutes more. In this case, the jam must be constantly stirred. Cool the finished jam and pour into clean glass jars.
