Borani is cooked without meat, but if there is a piece of pork or chicken, you can add. The finished dish is sometimes served in a lightly fried Armenian lavash. Good luck!

How to cook "Borani eggplant"
All vegetables are thoroughly washed and cleaned. Chop the onions, cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the eggplants and bell peppers into cubes. Fry all chopped vegetables in butter for about 12-15 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. We decorate the finished dish with chopped herbs.
