How to make Red Cabbage Soup

Cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes. Next, pour in the wine and evaporate it. Heat the broth separately. Pour it into the cabbage. Add ginger, salt, cinnamon and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil. Simmer it for 30 minutes over low heat. Grind the soup with a blender. Serve with dry herbs and cheese. Enjoy your meal!
