How to make Noodle Soup with Meatballs
1. Pour water into a saucepan, put it on fire. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Throw potatoes into boiled water, salt and pepper to taste. As soon as it boils, we reduce the heat and cook until fully cooked. 2. Peel and wash the carrots, three on a coarse grater, and leave a small piece for decoration. Peel and wash 1 onion, cut it into small cubes. 3. Put the minced meat into a bowl, grind the second onion on a grater, salt. We form small balls and put them on a plate. 4. Fry the onions and carrots in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Add them to the pot to the finished potatoes, cut the remaining carrot into slices and add to the pot. Place the noodles and cooked meatballs. Season with bay leaves, garlic, cook for another 3-4 minutes, and then turn off.
