How to cook "Olivier with Turkey"
Peel the raw potatoes and carrots and cut them into small cubes. Divide the turkey leg into two parts. Boil hard boiled eggs. We spread the chopped vegetables in the form from a multicooker for steaming. And the turkey meat is put into the multicooker bowl and cover it with water. Add some salt. We place the form in a multicooker and set the "Steam cooking" mode, the time is 50 minutes. We cook the turkey and vegetables together, which saves time. After 30 minutes, we take the form with ready-made vegetables, and leave the turkey until the signal. Cut the finished turkey meat into small pieces. Rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop the green onion and dill.
