I love all kinds of street food, especially shawarma. At every opportunity I try to make it myself. I especially love the recipe for how to make pita shawarma, which is great for a snack.
Cooking description:
Ordinary shawarma (in lavash) is no less tasty, but you need to eat it right away, otherwise the lavash will get wet. I make shawarma in pita in the evening, and in the morning I take it with me to work or give it to children to school. I stuff it completely with filling and even add sauce, but the pita keeps its shape well.

How to cook "Shawarma in pita"
1. I buy ready-made pita in the store (it is usually not difficult to find it), and in each I make these cuts-pockets. 2. My chicken meat and wipe it with a paper towel, cut it very thinly as I can. 3. Transfer the meat to a bowl, add all the spices, stir to evenly cover all the pieces. 4. I put the frying pan on the fire, pour a little sunflower oil and heat it up, spread the pieces of meat on the heated surface and fry until golden brown. I transfer it to a board and chop it finely. 5. My white cabbage and finely chopped, always finely. 6. I use carrots raw, wash them, peel them and chop them on a coarse grater.
