I propose to replenish your collection of recipes with one very cool option, how to cook beef in wine with vegetables. This is a wonderful meal for the whole family for lunch or dinner. Try it!

Cooking description:

With vegetables and mushrooms, and even in such a spicy sauce, the meat turns out to be simply delicious. You can simmer it both on the stove and in a heat-resistant form in the oven. I do not recommend using spices other than traditional salt and pepper, because the sauce is really very rich. You can serve beef with any side dish you like.

How to cook "Beef in Wine"

1. First of all, wash and dry the meat. Cut it into three large pieces. 2. Pour some vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and lay out the beef. Fry it over high heat until a crust appears. Then remove and cool a little. 3. In a saucepan, add a little oil and place a couple of halved onions and carrots and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. 4. Cut the slightly cooled meat into portions. 5. Add a little more oil, broth and wine. For piquancy, you can pour in a little soy sauce and brandy, for example. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh herbs if desired. 6. Simultaneously fry the bacon until golden brown. Fry the mushrooms, leftover carrots and onions in a separate skillet.
