How to cook "Korean Pickled Squid"

1. We clean the squid carcass, rinse it under cold water. Wipe the finished squid dry with a paper towel and cut into pieces. 3. We clean and wash the carrots, rub them on a coarse grater and send them to a plate. Put the pan on the fire, pour in some oil and heat it up. Throw the grated carrots into the pan, add paprika and sugar, fry until cooked. 4. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Put the pan on the fire and fry the onion with the addition of sesame seeds on it. 5. Put the vegetables in one plate, add squid, vinegar and garlic, mix and put in the refrigerator to infuse for at least 2 hours.
