I add a little salt and sesame seeds, which I had previously fried in a dry frying pan. 4. I crush the dough with my hands into one lump, then divide it into small pieces and roll the balls, they should stick a little to your hands. 5. I cover the baking sheet with parchment, put each ball of dough on the parchment and press it with my hand, make a decorative grid with a knife. 6. I bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I serve the cookies already cold.
