- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon

- Butter - 60 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Flour - 2.5 Cups
- Apple - 2 Pieces
- Condensed milk - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Cinnamon - To taste

How to cook "Rosette buns" from yeast dough"
1. Pour yeast into a bowl, 3 tablespoons of sifted flour and mix. 2. I heat the milk to room temperature, then pour it into the yeast and flour, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes. 3. In the meantime, add 30 grams of melted butter, 4 tablespoons of sugar to a separate bowl. 4. Add a pinch of salt and sunflower oil, stir with a spoon. 5. Drive in 1 chicken egg and beat thoroughly with a whisk. 6. Combine the approaching dough with the egg-oil mixture, mix with a whisk until smooth.
