Ingredients:
- Pork knuckle - 1-1.5 Kilograms
- Light beer - 1 Liter
- Garlic - 1-2 Pieces (heads)
- Oregano - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Baked Pork Knuckle"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the pork knuckle thoroughly, peel the garlic. Stuff the pork knuckle with half the garlic. Rub with salt, pepper and spices. Pour in beer, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Put the pickled shank in a roasting sleeve, pour in the marinade and add the remaining garlic. Tie the edges of the sleeve tightly and send the pork to the oven. Bake for 1.5 hours at 200 degrees, then cut the sleeve and bake the dish for another 30 minutes. The baked pork knuckle is ready. Serve it with your favorite side dish and, of course, with beer! Enjoy your meal!
