- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Minced meatloaf with mushrooms"
Beat 3 eggs. Take the largest frying pan you have and fry a thin omelet in a little vegetable oil. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and the onion into small cubes. Then fry half of the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender. Boil broccoli in boiling water (3-4 minutes), and then send it to cold water. Then chop it finely and mix with mushrooms, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of crackers and 1 egg. Add minced meat, egg, remaining onion, crackers, grated garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl.
