Any products can be used as filling. I cook tartlets for snacks myself, you can make them from purchased dough or buy ready-made ones. For myself, I decided that if I am already cooking, I prefer to do the whole process from beginning to end.

- Carrot - 1 Piece (large)
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Sausage - 150 Grams
- Flour - 150 Grams
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 150 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Water - 25 Milliliters
- Dill - 1/4 Bunch
- Lettuce Leaves - 10 Pieces
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Butter - 50 Grams
- Processed cheese - 100 grams
- Potatoes - 150 Grams

How to cook "Holiday Tartlets"
1. Sift wheat flour into a bowl, add a little salt and mix. 2. Pour in the required amount of water and knead the dough with a spoon. 3. I take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, add the softened butter to the dough, knead it and send it to the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes. 4. I roll out the cooled and rested dough very thinly, then cut out the molds with a glass. 5. In muffins (I have silicone ones, so I don't grease them) I put each piece of dough and distribute around the edges. 6. At the bottom I put some peas (beans can be used) so that the baskets do not rise.
