How to cook "Bramboraki"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and rinse potatoes and onions. In the original, you need to use bacon, but I prefer the option with pork tenderloin. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Pass the meat together with the onion through a meat grinder. Mix potatoes and meat with onions, add eggs, salt and spices, pour in beer.
