- Powdered sugar - 100-200 grams (to taste)

How to make "Homemade kefir cake"
1. Beat eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar. 2. Add a pinch of salt, now whisk all these ingredients until smooth. 3. Pour in kefir and add soda. 4. Add the sifted flour. 5. Beat everything well again so that there are no lumps. Divide the finished dough in half. Preheat the oven in parallel to 180 degrees. 6. Pour the first half of the dough into a mold covered with parchment or oiled. Send to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
