1. First of all, wash and dry the chicken breast. Salt and pepper, add your favorite spices.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Lay out the fillet, fry it over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
3. While the breast is fried, you can do the sauce. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, pour into a small saucepan.
4. Add honey or sugar, vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper, aromatic spices.
5. Put the saucepan on the fire, while washing, pat dry and cut into thin slices of kumquats. Add them to the sauce and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
