How to Make Diet Oatmeal Dessert
Bring the oatmeal in milk, sugar and cinnamon to a boil. Then cook the porridge for 7 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cool the prepared porridge. Arrange it in the serving tins. Leave them in the refrigerator for one hour (minimum). Whisk the sour cream with honey and poppy seeds into a thick cream. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
