How to make an Airfryer Layer Pie
Pre-soak dried apricots and raisins in hot water. For about 2-3 hours. Roll out the thawed dough into a layer, divide it into two parts. We put one part in a mold, previously covered with parchment (grease it with oil). We prick the dough with a fork, make curly sides. Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon, add dried apricots with raisins. Cover the cake with the second part of the dough, pinch the edges. Grease the pie with a beaten egg and bake in the airfryer on the middle wire rack. My pie lasts 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
