In this recipe, you will learn how to make a Viennese potato salad. I first tried this dish in Austria. I was sincerely impressed by the simplicity of the ingredients and the high style of performance. Tasty!
Cooking description:
I really like to cook this salad as a side dish for meat. Unlike fatty salads, this dish is lightweight and does not contain mayonnaise. Sweet and sour dressing is very relevant in this salad.

How to make Viennese potato salad
Cut the onion into thin half-rings. Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar with water, add sugar and salt. Add mustard and vegetable oil. We mix. Pour onion with dressing. While the onions are marinated, boil the potatoes in their uniforms and remove the skin. Cut into thin slices and put in a salad bowl in turn with onions. I ended up with 5 layers of potatoes and 5 layers of onions. Here's a salad I got! You can serve it as a separate dish. Also, "Vienna" salad goes well with hot sausages or sausages. Enjoy your meal!
