How to cook "Baked carp with mushrooms"
Peel the carp, remove the gills, cut the belly and remove the giblets. Rinse the fish again and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the carp with salt and pepper. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice out of one half and pour over the carp. Cut the other half into half rings. Make cross-cuts on the fish and insert a lemon wedge into each. Soak the mushrooms in cold water. Clean and rinse them well. Boil water in a saucepan, put mushrooms in it and cook until cooked. Then cool the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Peel the onions and carrots and wash with the bell peppers. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Scrape the carrots with a knife and chop into slices. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into strips. Heat a frying pan on the stove and pour vegetable oil over it. Saute the prepared vegetables over medium heat for five minutes. Place the fried vegetables in an ovenproof dish greased with vegetable oil. Place the carp on them. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on top of the fish. Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake the carp for thirty-five minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
