1. Put a pot of water on the fire, put a little salt and bring to a boil, then add pasta and cook until tender. You need to keep them a little hard, then drain the water.

2. My salmon and cut into cubes. I heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, spread and fry the fish.

3. My leek and chop, peel and squeeze the garlic through a press, my tomatoes (yellow) and cut into small cubes.
