How to cook "Pies with potato broth"

In general, you can cook in a uniform, especially if the potatoes are young. Drain the broth from the boiled potatoes. We need 450 ml. Pour 200 ml of them. Put yeast, sugar and half a teaspoon of salt there. We dissolve everything. We drive in a couple of eggs. Shake up. Pour 1 cup flour through a sieve. We start the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours. When the dough rises, add the rest of the flour through a sieve. Top up with potato broth. We knead the dough. We put it back in the heat for 3 hours until it rises. At the same time, we make the filling. We crush the potatoes in mashed potatoes. Chop the onion and fry in a pan. Mix the puree with the onion. Salt, pepper. From the risen dough, we begin to sculpt pies. Preheat a frying pan with sunflower oil. We spread the pies and fry on both sides over medium heat. They should rise right in the pan.
