Cooking description:
I hasten to share with you a very interesting option on how to cook stuffed shells with Bechamel sauce. 3 types of cheese and spinach are used as a filling, it turns out very tender and appetizing. To make the dish more spicy and not look too pale, I also recommend adding a little tomato sauce. You will see how the shells will immediately sparkle with bright colors and become even more appetizing. This is a great dish for the whole family, so take a note.

How to cook "Stuffed shells with Béchamel sauce"
1. The first step is to boil shells in salted water. It is important not to overcook, 5-6 minutes is enough. 2. First, fold them in a colander, and then place them on a baking sheet or a clean towel to completely remove the water. 3. While the pasta is draining, you can make the filling: combine beaten eggs, ricotta, grated mozzarella and half of the parmesan in a deep bowl. Add spinach, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. 4. For the Bechamel sauce, melt 50 grams of butter, add a couple of tablespoons of flour and fry until golden brown. Then pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Season with salt and nutmeg. Boil until thick. 5. Now you can collect the dish. Prepare an ovenproof dish, carefully fill the shells with the filling and place in the mold. 6. Top with some tomato sauce. In this case, it's a ready-made Marinara sauce, but you can make any you like.
