How to make Minced Potato Casserole for Kids
Rinse the potatoes well and, without peeling, put in a saucepan. Cover with water and boil until tender. This will take about half an hour. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them. Finely chop the onion, and peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat, onions, carrots there and fry. Add some salt to the minced meat. Then add the egg and cream to the minced meat, mix quickly. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them on the bottom of a greased pan. Put the minced meat on the potatoes. Cover the minced meat with a second layer of potatoes, and on it - cut the tomato into thin slices. Pour the resulting casserole with milk and grated cheese sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the dish there. The dish is prepared on average about 40 minutes. Serve hot. If your kids love greenery,then add chopped dill or parsley to the casserole.
