  • Lamb - 1.5 Kilograms
  • Garlic - 5-6 Cloves
  • Rosemary - 1 Teaspoon (or a sprig fresh)
  • Dry white wine - 1/2 Glass
  • Olive Oil - 2 Teaspoons
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Salt and paprika - To taste
  • Canned Bell Peppers - 300 Grams (or Fresh)
  • Tomato - 3-4 Pieces
  • Red wine - 1 Glass
  • Broth - 1 Glass
  • Parsley, bay leaf - To taste

How to cook Lamb Stew with Vegetables

1. Wash the meat, dry and cut into medium pieces. Place in a deep bowl. Add chopped garlic, rosemary and dry white wine. Mix everything gently and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. 2. Heat the vegetable oil, spread the meat in small portions. 3. Fry until golden brown on all sides and remove temporarily from heat. 4. Chop the onion into cubes, send it to butter with meat juice. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 5. Place the lamb, chopped peppers and tomatoes to the onion. Add bay leaves for flavor. 6. Pour in red wine, broth. Bring to a boil. Salt to taste, add paprika, parsley if desired. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a couple of hours until the meat is tender.
