Let's mix. And you can turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and brush with soft butter. Then we divide the dough layer into two parts. Pour on one layer of dough, stepping back about 4 cm from the edge, half of the mixture of nuts and crackers, and lay half of the apples on top. We do the second strudel in the same way. And now we wrap the dough with filling in a roll. We pinch the edges carefully. We spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
