How to prepare "Delicious Nature Snack"
1. Heat the frying pan with a little olive oil, then make medium heat and spread 2 slices of white bread. 2. Mine and cut into slices of tomato. I put 2 slices of mozzarella on lightly fried bread, put 2 slices of tomato on top, salt and pepper to taste. 3. Cover each slice of bread in the pan with another slice and gently turn the sandwich. 4. With a cast-iron frying pan I press down the slices of bread, so I get a golden brown crust and crispy bread. I cook like this for 3-4 minutes. 5. Cut each sandwich into 2 pieces so that the cut is visible. You can wrap such sandwiches with you and eat them cold or hot.
