How to cook "Fish stewed with vegetables in a slow cooker"

We clean the fish both inside and out, wash thoroughly. Then cut into small pieces. Peel onions, carrots and celery root. Then we cut it as you like: it can be smaller, it can be larger. You don't need to cut the cherry tomatoes, but cut the asparagus beans in half. For this dish, you can take both fresh and frozen vegetables. We mix all the vegetables and divide into two parts. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and spread half of the vegetable mixture. Put the chopped fish on a layer of vegetables, salt with half a serving of salt, pepper and sprinkle with ginger. Put the remaining vegetables on top of the fish and sprinkle with salt. Pour a glass of water, close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "Stew" mode for 40 minutes. About 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, open the lid of the multicooker and sprinkle the dish with Provencal herbs. We close the lid and cook until the signal.
