- Kefir - 300 Milliliters
- Flour - 600 Grams
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Sugar - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla - To taste
- Live yeast - 20 grams
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Butter - 50 Grams

How to make "Yummy & Fluffy Yeast Buns"
1. Heat the kefir and pour it into a bowl, break the live yeast with your hands, add sugar, flour (5-6 tablespoons), mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes for the yeast to interact. 2. After the required time, add the remaining sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, drive in 1 chicken egg and pour in the vegetable oil, mix. 3. Sift flour into dough, make kneading. The dough should still be sticky. 4. Melt the butter and pour into the dough, mix it in with your hands, add the remaining flour. 5. We send the dough into a bowl, cover it with a towel or cling film, leave it for 30 minutes. 6. Put the dough from the bowl on the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead.
