How to cook "Lentils with pork and vegetables"

Prepare a piece of pork in the evening. Wash it, rub with a mixture of all spices, salt, pepper. Drizzle lime juice over the meat and let marinate in a bowl under pressure in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, pour the lentils with cold water in a saucepan. Then bring the water on the stove to a boil and turn off immediately. Drain the lentils in a colander and drain off any excess liquid. Then take the marinated meat and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour under a closed lid in a heat-resistant form, pouring 1/2 cup of water into it. In a saucepan, fry the chopped onion, pumpkin, carrot in a mixture of olive and butter. After five minutes, add lentils and chopped garlic to the vegetables, salt and pepper. Cook for another five minutes. Remove the cooked meat from the oven. Place all the lentil vegetables in an ovenproof dish and add a couple of tablespoons of hot water. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees again, stirring occasionally to prevent the lentils from burning. After forty minutes, the lentils and pork are ready.
