How to make Layer Chicken and Mushroom Salad

Bring about two liters of water to a boil. Then put the fillets in it and salt. Cook the chicken for about 20 minutes. Then cool it down. Rinse the champignons, peel and chop finely. Chop the peeled onion. Fry the onion in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms to it. Simmer food on low heat, covered for 15 minutes. Salt everything, and then fry for 10 minutes without a lid. At the same time, boil the eggs hard-boiled. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Rub them with a fine grater. Soak prunes in water for 20 minutes, and then chop finely. Leave a couple of fruits for decoration. Chop the breast. Chop the cucumber into cubes. Turn the nuts into crumbs, and grate the proteins on a fine grater. Prepare the sauce. Stir kefir with mayonnaise and curry.
