How to cook "Meat Stew with Onions and Carrots"
Peel the meat well, cut it into pieces. They should turn out to be about 3 by 3 cm. Transfer the beef to a cauldron, add oil. Once the crust has formed on the meat, pour in 1/3 cup of water. Simmer covered for about an hour, adding water. Chop the onions and carrots. Once the water has evaporated, add them to the meat. When the dish is almost ready, toss in the bay leaves, pepper, spices and salt.
