How to make "Banana Chocolate Rolls"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Cut the banana into pieces and send to a saucepan, add sugar, stir and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then pour in the wine. I use white wine, you can take any. Boil the resulting mass until the banana is relatively homogeneous and softened. You can purée further with a blender, but I prefer to leave it that way. Cut the edges of each slice of bread so that only the crumb remains. Then roll each slice with a rolling pin to lengthen the bread and make it thinner. Place about 1 tbsp on each slice. a flat spoon of banana mass and a cube of chocolate. Wrap the topped bread in a roll. Dip first in an egg, then in flour, again in an egg, and finally in croutons purchased or prepared on your own from the same toaster bread. Put the rolls in the panin which the vegetable oil has already been thoroughly warmed up. Fry on all sides until a beautiful and appetizing golden brown crust is formed.
