If I hadn't been lucky enough to stumble across this recipe by accident, I would never have learned how to make Greek Easter bread. Very unusual and delicious pastries from Greece.

- Butter - 150 Grams
- Flour - 450 Grams
- Eggs - 3 Pieces
- Sugar - 150 Grams
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- White pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Dry yeast - 10 grams
- Milk - 175 Milliliters
- Orange peel - 40 Grams
- Lemon zest - 40 Grams
- Sesame - 1 To taste
- Honey - To taste

How to make Greek Easter Bread
Add salt, white pepper, crushed citrus zest, cinnamon, cumin and yeast to the sifted flour. Stir dry mass. Beat eggs and sugar separately. Melt the butter, heat the milk separately. Mix dry mixture with eggs and sugar. Add milk and butter. Knead the dough and cover with a towel, put in a warm place for 2 hours. Divide the matched dough into four equal parts. Roll three parts into long sausages. We form a pigtail. We turn it into a circle. We wrap the pigtail with the fourth sausage. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and transfer the bread to it. Leave it for a while for the dough to rise. Grease the top with honey and yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. We bake in the oven until golden brown. Temperature - 220 degrees.
