Recently I discovered a great recipe for a quick chicken. The taste is completely indescribable. You probably haven't tried a mustard, honey and orange juice marinade. Interesting? Then look!
Use only natural freshly squeezed orange juice, juices from carton packs are too sweet for meat, there is no necessary acidity. Fry over high heat on both sides to seal the meat juice inside.

- Chicken fillet - 350 Grams
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Honey - 0.5 Art. spoons
- Orange Juice - 35 Milliliters
- Cream - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
How to cook "Chicken in a minute"
Prepare food. I don't use salt here. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into pieces across the grain. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken pieces over high heat. Turn over and fry quickly on the other side until golden brown. Pour in cream, orange juice, mustard and honey. Put it out for a minute. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. The chicken is ready! Enjoy your meal!
