- Bitter chocolate - 100 grams
- Curd cheese - 400 Grams
- Frozen cherries - 450 Grams
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Sugar - 2.5 Glasses
- Flour - 2 Art. spoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch
How to make "Chocolate Curd Pie"
First, remove the cherries from the freezer (if you have them frozen). Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cut the softened butter into cubes. Break the chocolate into a bowl and add the pieces of butter. Melt everything in a water bath. Combine 2 eggs with cheese, one glass of sugar and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth. Pour a glass of sugar into the melted chocolate, add eggs, salt and flour. Mix everything well. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. First pour the chocolate layer into it, and then the curd layer. Stir gently two layers to make patterns. Spread half the cherry on top, pressing the berries a little. Bake the pie for 45 minutes.
