- Breadcrumbs - 40 Grams

How to cook "Fried cod"
1 Fish (fillet), wash and wipe with napkins, then cut into 2 parts. Beat the chicken egg into a bowl and pour in the milk, put the fish and leave for a couple of minutes. 2 In a separate bowl, stir in the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper and salt flour. 3 Remove fish from milk and dip in dry ingredients mixture on both sides. 4 Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, then place the fish on a well-heated surface. 5 Fry on each side for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. 6 From the skillet, transfer the fish to a paper towel to remove excess fat, then transfer to a plate and serve.
