  • Boiling water - 315 Milliliters
  • Potato Starch - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Instant Yeast - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground beef - 425 Grams
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Tomato paste - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chili Flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1 Piece
  • Parsley - 1 Bunch
  • Mint - 1/4 Bunch
  • Cumin - 1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red pepper - 0.5 pieces
  • Green pepper - 0.5 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 Piece

How to cook "Lamajo with Ground Beef"

1 Pour 2 cups of flour into a bowl and cover with boiling water, stir and leave for half an hour. 2 In another container, combine the starch with the remaining flour, salt, sunflower oil and yeast. Pour the prepared mixture into the previously prepared mass of water and flour, knead the dough and leave it for 1 hour. 3 Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into balls, leave them for 30 minutes, then roll each into a layer about 20 centimeters in diameter. 4 Put the ketchup, tomato paste, chili flakes in a blender bowl, squeeze the juice of one lemon, add parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, red and green peppers, and tomato. Knock everything into a pasty mass so that the pieces of vegetables are visible. 5 Combine the resulting mass with minced meat and mix well. 6 Take some of the filling and place on the rolled dough, spread over the entire surface.
