How to cook "Carp on charcoal in foil"
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the carp, you can trim the head if you want. Gut the fish. Chop the onion and cucumbers finely, stuff the carp with them. Make cuts on the top of the carcass at an angle with a distance of one and a half to two centimeters. Insert lemon wedges into the incisions. Rub with spices and salt. Wrap the carcass in foil carefully. Bury the fish in the coals, cook for 25 minutes. My 1.2 kg carp cooked during this time. If the fish is larger, then it will take longer to cook. Unroll the foil, check if the carp is ready. Serve cooked carp on charcoal in foil with fresh vegetables. With vodka in nature - and nothing could be better! Enjoy your meal!
