How to cook "Turkish Bureks"
Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out. Cut the dough into four even strips. Grate hard cheese and feta cheese. Combine cheese and curd with egg and salt. Place the filling in the center of each strip. Pinch the edges tightly. Roll the dough into a snail. Spread the bureki on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
