It turns out a lot of cakes soaked in butter cream. The cake melts directly in your mouth, leaving behind a sweet aftertaste.

Make a cream. Beat the yolks with a glass of sugar. Bring 1,750 ml of milk to a boil in a saucepan. In a bowl, combine a glass of milk with 2 tbsp. spoons of flour and yolk mass. Gently pour the mass from the third step into the boiling milk. Stir the mixture over low heat for a couple of minutes to make a custard. Leave the finished cream to cool, sprinkle with vanilla on top. Heat the remaining milk slightly to create a dough. Add a pinch of sugar and salt to it. Stir.
