Marshmallow is a cross between an airy souffle and a marshmallow. This is an incredible treat for kids, it's very easy and quick to prepare. And then you can enjoy with a cup of cocoa or coffee.

The only tricky part is using a cooking thermometer, which not everyone has. Without it, the syrup may not work. The finished marshmallow stretches a little, as expected. It's delicious, I guarantee you will love it!

Ingredients:
- Gelatin - 3 Pieces (15 g sachets)
- Granulated Sugar - 1.5 Cups
- Corn Syrup - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Powdered sugar - 3-5 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Marshmallows"
1 Pour gelatin in half a glass of cold water and let it swell. 2 Combine sugar, salt, corn syrup and half a glass of water in a small saucepan. Boil the syrup until the sugar dissolves. 3 Increase the temperature to 115 degrees and then remove the syrup from the heat. Be sure to use a cooking thermometer. 4 Heat the gelatin in a water bath or microwave. Introduce the syrup into the gelatin in a thin stream, while stirring it all with a mixer at a slow speed. 5 Then beat on high speed until thick, about 15 minutes. Add the vanilla at the end and stir. 6 Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar on a level, flat dish or non-metallic baking dish. Then pour the resulting marshmallow mass in an even layer and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
