How to cook "Slavyanka cake"

1 Divide 7 eggs into whites and yolks. Collect all the proteins in a large bowl in which the dough will be prepared. Collect the yolks in two containers: 3 yolks for cream and 4 in a biscuit. 2 Prepare the dough. Sift the flour along with the starch. Mix sugar with vanilla. 3 Whisk the cooled whites until firm peaks and, adding spoonfuls of sugar and vanilla, continue whisking the whites. You should get a smooth and shiny mass. 4 Then add 4 yolks one at a time, whisking each time until smooth. You should get a very airy and thick egg mass of light color. 5 In 2 steps, add sifted flour with starch to the egg mass, each time gently stirring with a spatula from top to bottom and from the edges to the center. It turns out a thick but airy dough. 6 Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper,Lightly smooth and bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Allow the finished biscuit to cool on a wire rack on the table.
