1 Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. 2 To make the dough, use a wooden spoon to combine the cottage cheese, milk, butter and salt in a large bowl. 3 Sift flour into the same bowl, add yeast. Start kneading the dough with a spoon, and then quickly knead with your hands on a floured work surface. The dough should be smooth, shiny and not sticky. It is important not to mix it, otherwise it will not stretch well. 4 Divide the dough into two, roll each and stretch to 26-28 cm in diameter. Place the dough on prepared baking sheets. Pierce the dough several times with a fork to prevent it from swelling while cooking. 5 Brush the dough with tomato sauce and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until it becomes half-cooked (like semi-finished store dough), while the tomato paste darkens.6 Remove the dough from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and add the filling of your choice: sausage, mushrooms, shrimp, olives, ham, etc. Sprinkle with another layer of cheese on top and add spices: oregano, basil or others.
