How to make "Broccoli and Cauliflower Fritters"
1. The first step is to cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. I have frozen, it is enough just to defrost it. If you have fresh cabbage, boil it in salted water for about 5 minutes beforehand. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks. 2. Add yolks and semolina to the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and leave for 5 minutes. Then add flour and beaten egg whites. Mix gently. 3. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon the minced cabbage into the skillet to form the pancakes. 4. And fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy your meal!
