How to cook "Meat solyanka soup"
1. Here is a set of ingredients we will use in the process of making a hodgepodge. 2. First of all, wash the meat, cover with water and put on fire. Add smoked meats, one onion and carrots there. After boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer the broth for a couple of hours. Strain the finished broth, carefully taking out the meat from there. 3. Put the broth on the fire, put the diced potatoes in it. Salt to taste. 4. Send meat cooked in broth and meat delicacies there. 5. Simultaneously heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the diced onion. Add the chopped cucumbers and sauté for a couple of minutes over medium heat. 6.
