How to cook "Potted Dried Mushrooms"
Soak dried mushrooms in 600 ml of cold water for 40 minutes. Then rinse them and transfer to a saucepan. Fill the mushrooms with the water in which they stood. Bring the water to a boil, remove the foam, then reduce the heat and simmer the mushrooms, covered with salt, for 20 minutes. Peel, rinse and chop the onions, garlic and carrots. Rinse the meat and chop into small pieces. Fry vegetables in oil until golden brown. Then in the same oil, fry the meat in pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the buckwheat. Distribute in pots in layers: buckwheat, meat, vegetables and mushrooms. Pour in 150 ml of mushroom broth. Add salt and pepper. Close the pots with lids and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then mix the contents and leave the pots in the oven for another half hour without heating. Enjoy your meal!
