- Beef - 600 Grams
- Smoked brisket - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Zucchini - 1 Piece
- Frozen green peas - 100 Grams
- Shallots - 3 Pieces
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Cream 20% - 200 Milliliters
- Wasabi - 2 Art. spoons
- Ground black pepper, sea salt - To taste
How to cook Mediterranean Beef
Peel a piece of boneless beef from veins and films, wash in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Brush with vegetable oil. Grill cuts of meat on both sides until tender. Then sprinkle the beef with sea salt and ground pepper, wrap in foil and let it "rest" for fifteen minutes. Wash green peas under running water. If using frozen, let it thaw at room temperature. Blanch the peas in boiling water and then immediately place them in ice water to keep them bright green. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut off the ends of the vegetable on both sides. Without peeling, cut the zucchini into thin strips. Peel the garlic and shallot, wash, dry and finely chop. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put vegetables in it. Add thinly sliced bacon or brisket to these. Cook for five minutes. Put the wasabi in a bowl, add cream to it. Whisk the sauce with a blender, pour over the vegetables. Place the vegetables and bacon on a plate, place the meat on top and pour over the rest of the sauce.
