How to make Vegan Millet Grain Casserole
Sort the millet groats, put in a colander and rinse as thoroughly as possible under running water. Then transfer the prepared millet to a multicooker. Since you will need a rather runny porridge for the casserole, mix the soy milk with water. Pour this mixture over millet and add a spoonful of fructose. Then put the multicooker in the "Porridge" mode and cook the millet until cooked. Peel and wash the carrots. Then run it through a juicer. You can just drink the juice, but the remaining cake will come in handy for a casserole. Add the carrot cake to the finished cooled porridge. Then wash and core the pear and apple. Cut them into small pieces and add to the porridge along with salt and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a baking dish and place the porridge, vegetables and fruit mixture in them. Then preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake everything for about half an hour.
